Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned if the protective packaging has been opened.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is free from perfumes or makeup marks.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
